The Holy Bible says men alt to always pray. Fasting and Praying bring together bring the body in submission to the God. It also invokes the power of God cause God's power to act on your behalf. Christian must decrease so the Spirit of the Lord can increase in our lives. By doing so we can become more than a conquer but Christian must learn to yield.
